Albert is an IRS Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in all administrative levels including Examination, Collections and Appeals. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Buffalo with a major in accounting and a minor in Finance. He is a career banker with experience in capital markets including stock and bond analysis and small business consulting.

With over 40 years of Business and tax law experience, LTS, LLC has the knowledge and expertise to provide solutions to any complicated personal or small business tax problem.
